These Terms of Service apply when you use auriza.com.au or buy from AURIZA. By placing an order, you agree to these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Products and handmade character
AURIZA products are handmade in small batches. Small variations in colour, shape, finish, placement of inclusions and decorative detail are natural. We aim to display products accurately, but screens and photography can affect colour and scale. Product-specific age, care and safety information forms part of the product description and should be followed.
Orders
An order is an offer to purchase. We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch if an item is unavailable, information is incorrect, payment is not authorised, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Australian dollars. Applicable delivery charges and taxes, if any, are displayed before you complete checkout. Payment is processed through the methods available at checkout.
Stock and small-batch releases
Products can sell out and may not return. Adding an item to the cart does not reserve it. If inventory is incorrect and we cannot supply an item, we will contact you and offer an appropriate solution, including a refund for the unavailable item.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is governed by our Shipping & Delivery page. Returns and remedies are governed by our Returns & Refunds page and the Australian Consumer Law.
Acceptable use
You must not misuse the store, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, interfere with another person’s use, or use the store for unlawful or fraudulent activity.
Intellectual property
AURIZA names, logos, artwork, product photography, designs and site content are owned by or licensed to AURIZA. You may view the store for personal shopping, but must not reproduce or commercially use this material without permission.
Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURIZA is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the store. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and applicable Commonwealth laws.
